Refund policy

In the unlikely event you wish to return your product please email us @ europe@egrrolltrac.com for returns note and further instructions.

Under UK statutory rules you have 14 days from date of receipt of goods to enact a return without reason.
You will be responsible for the cost of return of goods which you can arrange by yourself or EGR can arrange a collection and deduct a pre-agreed amount from your refund for this service (this fee will be advised/agreed when you contact us).
Goods must be in original packaging and on original pallet and product must be complete for refund.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
